Mercer University’s College of Pharmacy is recognized nationally for its outstanding contributions to pharmacy and pharmaceutical sciences in the areas of patient care, teaching, service, and research. The College is located on Mercer’s Graduate and Professional Campus in Atlanta, Georgia. With an enrollment of over 600 students, the College attracts students from throughout the nation, as well as from countries around the world. U.S. News & World Report’s latest pharmacy program rankings placed Mercer’s program as one of the nation’s top 6 private pharmacy programs. A distinguished faculty provides an interdisciplinary approach to learning in didactic and experiential settings.
The College also offers a PhD degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences and four combined degree programs (PharmD/MPH, PharmD/MBA, PharmD/MSHI, and PharmD/PhD). Mercer also offers a variety of research and networking opportunities for all students, and unique programs for fourth year students through the Indian Health Service, the International Pharmacy Program, Global Medical Missions, an Advanced Clinical Track, and Certificates in Academic Pharmacy, Community Pharmacy Ownership, Compounding, Diabetes Care, Geriatrics, Leadership, Medication Therapy Management, and Immunization Delivery.
