The University of Tennessee College of Pharmacy offers a PGY-2 ambulatory care residency in collaboration with Methodist University Hospital. This training program emphasizes interdisciplinary collaborative patient care and academic training. Areas of clinical emphasis include management and education in anticoagulation, post-stroke, heart failure, diabetes. Areas of academic emphasis for pharmacy and medical education include: experiential education, didactic lectures, small group facilitation, and course co-direction. Research project and scholarly activity are required also. Competitive stipend and benefits available. Position available July 2019.
