The PGY2 Solid Organ Transplant Pharmacy Residency Program at Temple University Hospital prepares pharmacists for a career in solid organ transplant by building a strong foundation of clinical skills and knowledge in both the inpatient and ambulatory practice settings. Pharmacists completing this residency program will gain experience and confidence in providing proficient, evidence-based, and compassionate care to solid organ transplant recipients. Specialty preceptors and practitioners contribute to a broad experience in kidney, liver, pancreas, heart, and lung transplantation as well as transplant infectious diseases, critical care, and histocompatability and immunogenetics.
