DETAILED INFORMATION

The PGY2 Infectious Diseases Pharmacy Residency at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital provides a comprehensive infectious diseases experience. Our program is committed to providing residents with the knowledge, skills, and clinical leadership needed to practice as an integral member of the infectious diseases interdisciplinary team. This involves intensive training in a wide variety of practice settings with a diverse patient population, including immunocompromised hosts. As a resident you will have the opportunity to work with ID pharmacists and physicians with expert knowledge and skills in both clinical infectious diseases and antimicrobial stewardship. The program is flexible and focuses on the goals of the resident, but is intended to provide a well-rounded clinical, research, and teaching experience.
