DETAILED INFORMATION

The Hospital of Central Connecticut is excited to continue to build on it’s growing pharmacy residency for the 2019-2020 year! We are looking for a motivated and dedicated individual to help us grow a successful program.

HOCC is an acute-care, community teaching hospital and is affiliated with the UConn School of Medicine. The resident will work closely with physicians in a variety of areas, including our primary care internal medicine residents. Core learning experiences include internal medicine, critical care, oncology, infectious diseases, sterile products, and management. Elective rotations are available in many specialty areas. The resident will complete a teaching certificate through the UConn School of Pharmacy, precept PharmD students, and have opportunities to teach throughout the year.
