Western Reserve Hospital’s pharmacy practice residency can provide comprehensive training in a variety of community hospital settings. The resident will be exposed to areas including internal medicine, infectious disease / antimicrobial stewardship, transitions of care, pain medicine, administration, community pharmacy, and ambulatory care. The resident will be immersed into the teaching environment learning alongside medical residents and a number of other interdisciplinary students. The resident will be exposed to precepting as well as have the opportunity to obtain his/her teaching certificate via Northeast Ohio Medical University. The resident will be offered health, dental, and vision insurance and paid time off. Some travel expenses will be provided.
