Wyoming Medical Center is situated in the heart of Wyoming and serves over 250,000 patients from surrounding areas. WMC is a Level II Trauma Center, Primary Stroke Center, and offers more than 40 inpatient and outpatient specialty services. The residency program is designed to provide a wide variety of clinical experiences including internal medicine, critical care, emergency medicine, infectious disease, ambulatory care, academia, informatics and administration. There are opportunities for teaching and precepting pharmacy students from the University of Wyoming. Residents will become ACLS certified and be prepared to successfully pass the BCPS examination.
