DETAILED INFORMATION

The PGY2 Solid Organ Transplant Residency at Nebraska Medicine offers a unique and stimulating learning environment which provides comprehensive clinical training in transplant pharmacy practice. A resident completing this program will be a competent practitioner in the care of transplant patients who will be qualified to function as a highly skilled transplant practitioner within a health system or in academia.
The resident will be integrally involved with health-care professionals providing patient education, assessment, and therapeutic recommendations for heart, lung, kidney, liver, pancreas and intestinal transplant recipients.
