Philadelphia College of Pharmacy at the University of the Sciences offers an ASHP-accredited, one-year PGY2 Pharmacotherapy Residency in conjunction with Cooper University Hospital, a 635-bed, non-profit, academic medical center in Camden, NJ. The goal of the residency program is to produce a practitioner with the ability to deliver pharmaceutical care to a diverse inpatient and outpatient patient population. The resident will also participate in didactic and experiential education of Doctor of Pharmacy students. Core rotations include: internal medicine (2), ambulatory care (2), critical care, pediatrics, primary preceptorship of students on internal medicine, and academia. Elective rotations are also available based on resident interest.
