DETAILED INFORMATION

This 24-month PGY1/PGY2 residency is designed to produce a specialized practitioner with advanced knowledge and skill to deliver comprehensive care to diverse patient populations, ranging from ambulatory to critically ill and including pediatric to geriatric ages. Residents develop direct patient care skills in the acute, subacute, ambulatory, and long-term care practice environments while establishing a solid foundation of pharmacotherapy knowledge. Residents have the opportunity to tailor their training toward a specific area of excellence as their career goals evolve. This program is nationally recognized for a robust clinician-educator training program and is ideal for individuals interested in part-time or full-time careers in academia.
