· Offer a diverse amount of experiences, allowing the resident to gain exposure in a variety of traditional and non-traditional critical care settings
· Prepare the resident to enter the workforce as a clinical specialist, faculty member, or in a leadership role
· Offer a flexible program, allowing the resident to explore individual interest areas
· Prepare the resident to take BCCCP upon graduation from the program
