This residency program has a focus on kidney, liver, kidney/pancreas and liver/kidney transplant with elective opportunities in cardiothoracic transplant, pediatric transplant, bone marrow transplant and transplant infectious diseases. The resident will participate in both inpatient and outpatient clinical care activities. The resident will also participate in an overnight on-call program. The resident will complete at least one transplant-related research project, as well as, participate in QA/DUE activities related to transplant. The goal of this residency program is to develop independent pharmacy practitioners to become integral members of the solid organ transplant multidisciplinary team.
