Aurora Health Care is an integrated health care system in Eastern WI. Residents are based at Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center-Milwaukee. Residents can also complete rotations at Aurora Sinai Medical Center. Core experiences include direct patient care, drug policy & administration, med safety, year-long project, CE presentation, TJC prep, recruiting, & staffing. Residents choose rotations in adult medicine, surgery, oncology, cardiology, cardiothoracic transplant, several ICU’s (cardiac & cardiac surgery, medical, surgical, neurosurgical, and neonatal ICU’s), operating room, ED, infectious disease, investigational drugs, informatics, clinical teaching, several clinics (family medicine, anticoagulation, oncology, heart failure, & transplant), population health & more. Each resident’s program is customized based on their interests & needs.
