This PGY1 program will enable practitioners to effectively provide pharmaceutical care to pediatric patients. Required rotations include critical care, neonatology, neurology, cardiology / transplant, general pediatrics, hematology / oncology and BMT. The resident will participate in pharmacy and medical staff development and complete a major project. Responsibilities also include hospital committee participation and minimal staffing requirements. Involvement at the St. Louis College of Pharmacy consists of a teaching certificate program and seminar presentation.
