DETAILED INFORMATION

The purpose of this program is to provide the resident with experience, knowledge, and skills to become an effective practitioner and leader in contemporary pharmacy practice in a completely pediatric setting.The resident will gain experience in pharmacy practice through dedicated patient care and a research project. The resident will also conduct didactic lectures in the Pediatrics course at the University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy. Learning experiences are tailored to meet the resident’s goals and abilities. The resident rotates on both the Minnapolis and St. Paul campuses of Children’s Hospitals and Clinics of Minnesota. Pharmacist licensure eligibility in the state of Minnesota is required.
