Sullivan University College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences (SUCOPHS) is a 3-year accelerated PharmD Program located in Louisville, KY. This program will allow post graduate pharmacists to gain experience in Medicaid managed care pharmacy, including the areas of formulary management, prior authorization, strategic benefit design, and pharmacy operations; and including participation in the Pharmacy and Therapeutics (P&T) Advisory Committee. The resident is required to complete a Teaching Certificate Program offered by SUCOP. This program takes 1 resident per year and is fully accredited by ASHP.
