The UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy is pleased to offer a two year Community Practice Research Fellowship to highly motivated pharmacists. This fellowship provides the learner with a foundation in scholarship, teaching and service as it pertains to the implementation of clinical pharmacy services. This fellowship allows those who are passionate about the advancement of pharmacy practice in the outpatient setting to train in a unique and progressive academic environment. Successful completion of the fellowship enables the fellow to become a faculty member who will be able to lead a successful practice-based research program. With a focus on the trifold mission of pharmacy faculty – teaching, service, and scholarship, this program will provide a successful candidate with a solid foundation to begin a productive career in academic pharmacy.
